The venue was clean and the staff were really polite. the place had a family atmosphere. Got recently refurbished and reasonably large room with a lovely big balcony as well as a great big bathroom - always come in handy. the location was unbeatable and good, so close to the center of Edinburgh, local restaurants and seafront, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

We appreciated twin room provided with a kettle with tea and great big balcony plus a lovely big bathroom. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and peaceful - a 10-15 minute walk from Dysart Harbour.

It's a wonderful base for exploring Kirkcaldy attractions. the place has a perfect location close to a grocery store. - It is just off the beautiful Dysart harbor and shopping, the bar/restaurant, and the beer garden. - the room is well furnished and well-appointed with a luxurious bathroom.

The family queen room with a large balcony was impressive and the location is excellent, right by the restaurant and shopping center.
